We have commercial relationships with our service providers. By using our website and in order for us to fully fulfil your interest in a given product or service, we may share your information and receive payment. This allows our service providers to offer you a individualised and personal quote.

businesswasteguru.co.uk is managed and owned by ANG Leads Limited. Our site aims to enable users to request quotes for commercial waste management services (the “Product”). Our service is to connect users looking for commercial waste services via our Product to suitable providers according to their quote. If you interested in purchasing commercial waste services, you are able to complete our quote form on our website. Alternatively, we offer a call back service directly with suitable providers. If you wish to speak with an advisor directly, you may enter your phone number using our callback widget. In either instance, by using our website you agree to our terms & conditions and privacy policy.

We maintain a contractual relationship with our service providers within the waste management sector. We ensure that they respect your data and rights. This includes not sharing your data with anyone other companies or reselling your data. When a service provider contacts you, there is no obligation to purchase their offering. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”),  ANG Leads Limited is the controller in relation to your data. We are registered as a controller with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under reference number ZA782287, organisation name ANG Leads Ltd. Start Date: 24th August 2020, End Date: 23rd August 2021.

5. Data we process

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you. We have collated these into groups as follows:

Your identity includes information such as first name, last name, title  and other identifiers that you may have provided at some time.

Your contact information includes information such as, email address, contact numbers, company name, postcode and any other information you have given to us for the purpose of communication or meeting. Technical data includes your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

Marketing data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us; communication preferences; responses and actions in relation to your use of our services.

We may aggregate anonymous data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Anonymous data is data that does not identify you as an individual. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal information in law because it does not reveal your identity.

When you request a quote on our website. We may use it in order to:

  • pass your contact details over to products/services provider to fulfil your given interest. When you request a call back on our website we forward your call to a products/service provider to offer you a quote. 

We process this information on the basis there is a contract between us and our service providers. 

We shall continue to process this information until the contract between us ends or is terminated by either party under the terms of the contract.

8. Information we process with your consent​

As explained above, if you submit a quote on our website, we’ll pass your request to one or more relevant security service providers. We will do this in a secure way. For example, using HTTP Secure (HTTPS), which means the data is encrypted. The security service providers will then contact you directly with your quotes. They may contact you by telephone, text/SMS or email.

We store IP addresses in order to stop unwanted traffic (i.e. spam) to our site. For example, if we become aware that spam is coming from a particular IP address (i.e. computer or location), we can block that IP address. From time to time, we also share IP addresses with service providers to enable service providers to verify that requests for quotes have come from a particular country.

Through certain actions when otherwise there is no contractual relationship between us, such as when you browse our website or ask us to provide you more information about our business, including products and services, you provide your consent to us to process information that may be personal information.Wherever possible, we aim to obtain your explicit consent to process this information, for example, by asking you to agree to our use of cookies.
